The 5 Year Workmanship Warranty is available on all Metal-Era products. It covers replacement or repair of products that are defective in material or workmanship.

This product's unique design allows for covers to be manufactured in 24 ga steel, .040" and .050" aluminum.

| Splice Plates: |
The concealed splice plate design features a raised stop that prevents splice plate migration under the fascia panels. This design creates a more aesthetically pleasing design compared to traditional cover plates or lap joints at the seams.

| Watertight: |
Prevents condensation by insulating against internal building temperatures. Also, the continuous cleat protects the joint from wind driven rain.

| Efficient Design: |
This product is provided in 12'-0" lengths with pre-punched holes for quicker installation and lower labor costs. The fastening holes are slotted to allow for proper thermal movement of the materials and ensure correct fastener placement and spacing. It easily attaches to wood framing on new or existing roofs. No exposed fasteners, caulking or maintenance required makes for a very flexible system.

Choose among a wide range of standard colors and finishes that meet your job requirements. A 20 year Kynar 500® finish warranty is included on standard colors. Custom post-coated Kynar 500® colors are available with an included 10 year Kynar 500 finish warranty or a 20 year Kynar 500 finish warranty is available upon request. Anodized finishes are also available, but are not warranted.

The provided special articulatory cleat allows four-way movement for the expansion and contraction of the roof. Shouldered washers, tapcon screws, galvanized ring shank roofing nails and stainless steel screws are also provided and further assist this dynamic system.
