This unique system provides the specific ventilation needed for each individual project by allowing airflow in between the trusses. This all metal two component system is noncombustible, easy to install, reduces the need for field fabrication and is bug proof.

The Hi-Perf Wind and Ventilation Warranty is available on all Metal-Era manufactured Hi-Perf ventilation systems. It guarantees that Hi-Perf systems:
- when designed according to the Metal-Era calculated NFA will provide proper ventilation for the project
- will withstand winds of up to 120 miles per hour
- will be free of defects in Metal-Era supplied materials
The warranty covers repair or replacement of the system for 20 years or the lifetime of the roof on which it was originally installed, whichever comes first. |

Guarantees required airflow underneath the roof covering to prevent heat build-up and moisture accumulation, thereby increasing the life of the roof. Creates intake venting for roof deck systems in designs with or without soffits and is engineered to work with all specific attic conditions. |

It is engineered to individual job requirements; this ensures that it will perfectly fit each roof condition. The need for wood blocking is reduced. The mounting strap is sized to match the truss spacing of each individual project. The perferated closure piece is provided in 12'-0" lengths to be field trimmed to fit. |
