The Lifetime, 170 mph is available on all Metal-Era manufactured Anchor-Tite products. It covers replacement or repair of any portion of the system that has failed due to a defect in Metal-Era supplied materials. The warranty covers the roof edge for the lifetime of the roof on which it was originally installed.

A Full System Warranty is availabe through our private label partners which covers the entire roof system under one warranty. The system is inspected after the project is complete to assure proper installation. This ensures protection for the most vulnerable area of the roof against failure due to extreme wind up lift pressures. Contact your private label sales rep directly for more information.

The Custom Kynar Finish Warranty is available through our applicator upon request for post-coated Kynar finishes. The standard term is 10 years with an additional 10 years extended coverage available. Some restrictions may apply; contact Metal-Era for more details.

The 5 Year Workmanship Warranty is available on all Metal-Era products. It covers replacement or repair of products that are defective in material or workmanship.

The Hi-Perf Wind and Ventilation Warranty is available on all Metal-Era manufactured Hi-Perf ventilation systems. It guarantees that Hi-Perf systems:

• when designed according to the Metal-Era calculated NFA will provide proper ventilation for the project
• will withstand winds of up to 120 miles per hour
• will be free of defects in Metal-Era supplied materials

The warranty covers repair or replacement of the system for 20 years or the lifetime of the roof on which it was originally installed, whichever comes first.

The 20 Year, 110 mph Wind Warranty is available on orders to meet a project's specification. It provides a maximum of 20 years, 110 mph coverage for the repair or replacement of any portion of the roof edge system that has failed due to a defect in Metal-Era supplied materials.

The 20 Year Kynar® Finish Warranty is available on all Kynar finish products from our standard selection. It covers the peeling, cracking, excess chalking and fading of the paint finish.
