The warranty ensures that the Hi-Perf Vented Fascia and Hi-Perf Ridge Vent will:

• Be free of all defects in materials and workmanship
• Provide proper ventilation when designed according to the Metal-Era calculated net free area (NFA)
• Withstand winds of up to 120 miles per hour

It covers repair or replacement of the system for 20 years or the lifetime of the roof on which it was originally installed, whichever comes first.
